Guided Meditation 4 Week Course

This 4 week meditation course will explore guided meditations based on self- exploration and development. It is aimed at building self- awarenes which leads to an empowered feeling and aids in creating a more balanced life. Meditation can be relaxing and hwith stress and anxiety. It's also great for boosting confidence and creativity, which can help throughout your life. We may also at times explore the use of mantra, affirmations, drum journey, and awareness exercises. I have not given a structure for the classes as I find that the meditations choose the class and I am happy to adapt as necessary. I write most of my own meditations which usually follow a theme during the class. Begginers welcome as well as those with experience. The cost of a 4 week course is £48 All spaces must be booked before the course so please contact me for a booking form. FB:
