Redbridge Council is encouraging residents and organisations to apply for Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) funding to improve their neighbourhood.

CIL is a charge made on most new developments, of which 15% is allocated for local infrastructure projects, such as improved lighting, playground equipment or planting.

The deadline for the latest round of applications is 31 January, with a drop-in session to be held at Wanstead Library on 9 January from 3pm to 5pm for those seeking help with the process.
