ME/CFS Support Group

Drop-in meeting of the East London ME/CFS Support Group.

Anyone with ME, or their carers/families, are welcome to come along to swap information, experiences, and support. Newcomers always welcome.

This will be our first try at meeting again in person since lockdown in March 2020.

We know Coronavirus remains a serious health risk and we will stay cautious to help protect ourselves and others so we will not be supplying our normal tea and biscuits and ask you to bring your own refreshments (if wanted). If you think you have symptoms, please stay at home and take a test.

We will be distancing and wearing of masks will be up to individuals, we can open the French windows for ventilation, and if the weather is good could even use the garden.

We will meet in the Redbridge Room (ground floor), Wanstead House, 21 The Green, E11 2NT.

Wanstead House is a lovely old building overlooking The Green. It has parking available and
is close to Wanstead Tube Station and buses 66, 101, 145, 308, W12, W13, W14.
