Drop-in meeting of the East London ME/CFS Support Group.
Anyone with ME, or their carers/families, are welcome to come along to swap information, experiences, and support over tea and biscuits. Newcomers always welcome.
We meet in the Redbridge (or Aldersbrook) Room, Wanstead House, 21 The Green, E11 2NT.
Wanstead House is a lovely old building overlooking The Green. It has parking available and
is close to Wanstead Tube Station and buses 66, 101, 145, 308, W12, W13, W14.
The Aldersbrook Room is on the first floor but there is a lift.
