Redbridge Brass in Concert with pianist David Silkoff

London’s award winning 25-piece band will be bringing some classical sounds to St Gabriels in a concert programme infused with orchestral favourites together with some equally classic moments from more recent times.

Our special guest is the hugely talented David Silkoff who makes a return to our concert platform with a delightful selection of music set to inspire and excite, played with precision and delicacy bringing out the warmth and richness of the grand piano.

The concert will also feature soloists from around the band with beautiful melodies played with excellent musical style.
Sounding rich and sonorous, Redbridge Brass give a stylish performance of fine music in this enjoyable programme.

The programme includes:
► piano solo classics: Beethoven, Debussy, Chopin
► orchestral favourites: Capriccio Espagnol, Spartacus, Light Cavalry overture, Saint Saens Organ Symphony finale and the theme from ‘The Apprentice’
► plus Blue Rondo à la Turk, Putting on the Ritz, West Side Story’s Somewhere and other classic melodies from the band’s soloists

Refreshments including wine and homemade cakes.
