A safe and confidential space to meet others, and to share and explore thoughts and feelings around the experience of grief and a loss.

This 50km event starts in Wanstead Flats and makes its way north through all the green spaces of East London, leading up to and through the wonders of Epping Forest. Hosted b y Camino Ultra.
