I have lived in Wanstead for 35 years, initially in Wanstead Park. I am an active Lib Dem and community campaigner. Aldersbrook and Wanstead are largely neglected because Labour dominate the council and prioritise Ilford. I will work to change this if elected, speaking up for Wanstead Park. There is too much inappropriate development in the area and I will seek to encourage developers and the community to forge a shared vision for the acceptable development of our area. I will ensure a strong Liberal Democrat voice.
